Indian Capital Market

Liberalisation, privatisation and globalisation go hand in hand. These three are all complementary to each other. Liberalisation is the beginning which creates an atmosphere of openness, transparency, ensuring free flow of goods, services and people from one corner of the earth to another. This uninterrupted transfer from the point of affluent supply, the point of deficiencies and wants amounts to globalisation which tentamounts to sharing of resources, information, vision and creating a new world order, based on equality, social justice, sustainable development and economic prosperity. Liberalization is the agenda of the IBRD and IMF and definetly transforms economy from undeveloped to developed ones which is very well reflected in corporatisation of business, well mirrored through the stock exchange reports and indices. This very idea has prompted me to take up the present work titled รน "Indian Capital Market: A Decade of Liberalisation".! hope this book will definetly be helpful to the people having interest in the field of finance, economics, commerce, management and who are directly dealing with the Indian capital market..
